Privacy and Commercial in Confidence
I take the collection and storage of your personal information seriously. This website and the forms in this portal are established on a Drupal platform and the information will be submitted to me by email via Drupal. If you want to know about the Drupal Privacy Policy, you can find it at Drupal Privacy Policy You are welcome to provide your information to me in person or via email if you prefer.
Information provided to me is for the purpose of preparing your marriage paperwork, getting you married on your big day, and lodging your marriage details with the relevant Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) only. An electronic and paper copy of all correspondence, and your Notice of Intended Marriage, Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage and Official Certificate of Marriage is retained by me for 6 years after documents are lodged with the BDM. I do not keep a copy of your identification documents.
At no time is the information provided to you under the nature of our agreement to be copied, reproduced or shared for personal gain.
